Scripture Reading: Luke 15:22-32

Some Pertinent Verses:
15:23  And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let
us eat, and be merry:
15:24   For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he
was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

The prodigal son had changed, and his father treated
him as a new young man. We need to treat people
according to what God has renewed them to be, not as
the old sinful person of the past. It is good to “go the
extra mile” to bring reconciliation. We are to treat others
well. That brings rewards! We are to do our work well
which will also bring rewards!
